The Indiranagar Club was established in 1980 in the present location in HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar. It is considered as one of the best residential area Clubs in the Country. Today with a glorious history scaling for about 30 years, the club has grown steadily with a total membership of more than 3500 inclusive of 75 reputed corporate giants.

Set in sylvan surroundings in the upscale residential area of Indiranagar, in the eastern half of Bangalore City, known for its equable climate, it moved to its present location in HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, during the August 1985 and situated at a distance of approximately 6 kms. East of Vidhana Soudha, the seat of the Karnataka Government, and is easily accessible from the Airport and Railway Station. The Club occupies an evergreen area of slightly over a hectare.

The Club explodes with the most incredible outdoor and indoor possibilities and culminates in a place that is as temperate as its verdant surroundings. The declared objective of the club includes the promotion of fellowship, Sports of all kinds Literary and Cultural Activities, Physical, Moral and Intellectual development and lastly social / cultural welfare of the members and their families.
