Extra Rs.10/- per head will be charged if the capacity exceeds the limit.
Rules And Regulations For Party Halls
- Bookings will be permitted one month in advance and it should be on first come first serve basis.
- Chairs/Tables will be provided by the club.
- Music Systems of all types will not be allowed from outside.
- Sound System Charges Rs.500/- extra if required from the Club.
- Catering arrangements has to be ordered separately with the Canteen Contractor. Outside food is not permitted except Birthday Cake.
- Corkage charges of Rs.150/- per bottle have to be paid in case if the liquor brands not available in the Bar Counters & Brought from outside.
- Cancellation charges of 50% of the rental charges will be charged in case of cancellation before 3 days of the Party date.
- On Saturdays Nights & Sundays afternoons Maithrivana will not be given for Parties.
Electricity charges for parties are extra, if additional lighting / serial sets used (Minimum Rs.200/-).
